Woodpaddock Bed and Breakfast
Covid-19 Safety Measures
In this time of uncertainty with the progression of Covid-19 we would like to assure you that your safety and comfort remain our highest priority. We are happy to start welcoming guests back to stay with us at Woodpaddock but some things have have changed since you last stayed with us, we have made several changes to our way of working to ensure your visit is worry free. Please take note of our new safety procedures and changes that are currently in place to protect guests, staff and local residents from any potential contact or spread of this virus.
We are doing our best to ensure the safety of our our guests at this time but please be aware that by choosing to leave your home the risk of contracting Covid-19 is greater than if you were to stay home.
All rooms are deep cleaned in between each guests stay with disinfectant sprays and all soft furnishings are sprayed with a disinfectant mist.
Upon entering the property you will be asked to use the hand sanitiser fixed to the wall and to regularly sanitise and wash your hands during your stay (especially when returning to Woodpaddock)
During your stay with us your room becomes your bubble, therefore we are not currently entering rooms to clean during your stay over, however fresh towels, toilet rolls and additional tea, coffees etc will be replenished on request. If you are staying for more than 4 days and are happy for us to enter your room if you wish for linen to be changed and the room to be cleaned then we are happy to do this but all guests will need to vacate the room during this time. Please make sure that areas to be cleaned have been cleared of your personal possessions.
Breakfast is now being served direct to guests rooms or if you require a take out option this is available. All guests will have a menu in their room with an order form for each guest. This form needs to be completed for each guest and left in the holder on the wall which is along the main entrance walkway by no later than 9pm the night before. It is your responsibility to be available to accept the breakfast at your requested time. In the event that all guests have requested the same time there maybe a 5-10 minute change to your time.
During your stay you must alert us immediately if you experience Covid-19 symptoms. These include a high temperature, persistent cough, sudden loss of taste/smell, breathlessness, sore throat or headache. Please observe social distancing with staff and other guests
If you require anything during your stay with us or have any questions please do not hesitate to contact either Denise or Dave on 07887351735 or 07999067891
